UBQT L.L.C – FZ (“we” or “us” or the “Company”), as the operator of this application (the “App”) are committed to respecting your privacy. While we help you connect with your contacts and further develop meaningful connection, we collect, use, store, or share your personal information that you disclose when you access the Company’s App or the Services. Throughout this policy, you will understand the information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and your choices regarding your information. This policy should be read in conjunction with the Company’s terms and conditions and further describes your privacy rights and how the applicable data protection laws protect you.
Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to websites, apps, events, and other services we operate on the App as accessed via your mobile device or computer under the brand UBQT. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as the “Services” in this policy. Some Services if accessed in a different country other than those mentioned above, may require their unique privacy policy. As such, if the Services are accessed in that particular countries, then that policy and not this policy applies.
What information do we collect?
Information you give us. When you use or access the Services, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (Personal Data) that can be used to use the Services and to provide a seamless experience for you to invite and connect with your friends on the App.

Where you provide such elements to us, you consent to us using it for the purposes identified and as laid out in this policy. You can also share additional information with us, such as details on your hobbies, interests, as well as content such as photos or videos. To add certain content, like pictures or videos, you may allow us to access your camera or photo album.

Further, we also collect information about your use of the Services such as access logs, mobile device’s GPS as well as information from third parties, like when you access the Services through your social media account or when you upload information from your social media account to complete your profile.
In addition to the information that you may provide to us, we also collect information about you received from third parties like your contacts who are registered with the Services and wish to connect with you. When registered for the Services, we access your live location to determine and show you connections in the App or people in your contacts who are in the same location. If you decide to login or sign up your account using social media like Facebook, Google or Apple; or from our partners where our ads are published, in which case they might share details, or a promotion or campaigns performed on our behalf.
We may collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access the Services, including software and hardware information such as IP address, device type and ID, application settings and characteristics, advertising IDs, app crashes (which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device’s settings and, in some cases, disable entirely), and identifiers or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device or browser.

Your profile information is visible by users on the App who may request to connect with you.

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. The Services are intended for persons of a legal age and above 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to remove that information from the Company’s servers.

Transactional account messages maybe unaffected if you opt-out from marketing communications.
